Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Free promotional items (e.g., tennis balls, grips) must also be returned, or a deduction may apply.

  • We cannot exchange goods. Refunds will be processed promptly so you can place a new order with us

How to Return

  1. Start Your Return:

    • Refunds: Original postage will be deducted from your refund.

    • You may also use your own courier. We recommend sending to us tracked.

     

  2. Pack Securely: Use the original outer packaging (or equivalent protection). Attach labels to the outer box, not the product packaging.

  3. Post Promptly: Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Special Cases

  • Restrung Rackets: May be returned unused with original packaging for a £20 restringing fee. Personalised rackets (e.g., added grips) cannot be returned.

  • Warranty Claims: Faulty items must include a note with your order number and fault details. 

    • Manufacturer assessments may take up to 14 working days.

    • Consumables (strings, grips, laces, etc.) are not covered.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 72 hours (Mon–Fri) of receipt except where we need to send your goods back to the manufacturer which can take 14 days for assessment.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Cancellations

You may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery, following the same process as returns.
